How do you clean a steel straw?
They can go in the dishwasher or be hand washed with warm water, soap and one of our cleaning brushes.
What are the dimensions?
The total length is about 21.5cm and the diameter is 0.6cm.
Are these suitable for kids?
The smoothie straw is maybe too big for children. If you do give it to your children, you must supervise them at all times. Steel straws should not be used by anyone while moving, only while seated. If a child or adult were to fall over with a steel straw in your mouth, you could seriously, even fatally, injure yourself. For that reason, we don’t recommend adults drinking from steel straws while drunk.
How do you dispose of the steel straw?
The steel straw is recyclable though it should have a very long lifetime. It is built to last!
Is there a metallic aftertaste?
No, it won’t affect the taste of your drink.
Can this be used with hot and cold drinks?
They are great for cold drinks. Some customers have said it makes their drink feel colder. For hot drinks, it is not so suitable because the steel heats up with the drink! Please be careful with hot drinks.
